All individuals and teams are responsible for their own accommodations and travel arrangements. U.S. Paralympics Track & Field and the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will not be responsible for travel, meals, or housing arrangements for teams or individuals.

All transportation and lodging associated with this event are considered In-Program Contact. Therefore, Adult Participants traveling with Minor Athletes to this event must comply with the USOPC MAAPP transportation and lodging requirements, including obtaining and retaining any necessary consent forms. Upon request, Adult Participants must be able to provide a copy of the consent forms for compliance purposes. The U.S. Center for SafeSport sample consent forms.

The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is located 15 miles east (approx. 30-minute drive) while the Miami International Airport (MIA) is located 23 miles south (approx. 30 minute-drive) from the Ansin Sports Complex.
